Category: Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Initial: 100% made in Italy. Origin: Sicily – Etna. Varieties: Autochthonous olive, mostly Nocellara Etnea and Brandofino variety. Harvest: manual in early maturation. Extraction: cold pressing and natural decantation. Description: Extra virgin olive oil of great value, produced by the autochthonous variety of olives. The manual picking allows a particular care in selecting of the olives for choosing the right degree of maturation, while the care of cold pressing, in according with the best tradition, allows the preservation and enrichment of the organoleptic notes, as well as chemical and physical. Color: Bright green with golden highlights. Smell: Green fruity, olive pulp and freshly cut grass. Taste: Persistent and strong, slightly spicy but balanced. Acidity: about 0.2%. Annotations: Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
