Color: Very light yellow. Taste: Sweet, delicate, odorless. Crystallization: Fine crystal and creamy. Food matches: Beverages, cakes and soft cheeses. Annotations: Store in a cool, dry place and away from light. Honey can crystallize. This change is quite natural. Even after the expiration date, the honey can be kept for several years.
