Products and product prices

The prices of the goods are indicated in the presentations of the goods. Our products do not include VAT.

Order

Goods are always ordered from the online store at https://etnagourmet.com To add items to the cart, first indicate the desired number of items using the arrows, or enter the desired number of items in the field, and then click the shopping cart icon below the item. You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Be sure to check the contents of your cart before proceeding to the payment stage. All orders are confirmed by e-mail with the cost of the order, the cost of delivery and the goods ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when placing an order.

Minimum order

Our minimum order is 100 euros (product value). Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver items under €100 due to storage and shipping costs.

Delivery terms

We aim to ship all orders on business days within 48 hours of placing an order. If the delivery of an order is delayed for any reason, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. However, we always try to process your order as quickly as possible. Please also take into consideration that due to coronavirus restrictions, unforeseen delays in the delivery of orders are possible. However, the range of our online store does not include perishable products, so some delays in delivery cannot affect the taste and consumer properties of the ordered products.
